Survey for visually impaired and blind people using the services of the Deutsche Bundesbahn

Information for visually impaired users of the Deutsche Bahn:

A survey on the service performances of the Deutsche Bahn AG for visually impaired and blind people.

Blind people and visually impaired people are travelling more often by themselves using mainly the Deutsche Bahn for local and long-distance traffic. Different support systems are being used and asked for by blind and visually impaired people. In order to meet demands and needs, the Deutsche Bahn has created many years ago the Mobilitätsservicezentrale (mobility service centre).

It is possible to participate in the survey in different ways: this survey has to collect the necessary data by means of questionnaires.
